1. Must have good knowledge of HTML and the site must be in English. D0nt +Yp3 1ik3 th1$! It annoys me so much.
2. Nothing explicit/inappropriate or any stolen content. Credit people.
3. Do not upload any .mp3’s, .avi’s, .exe’s or something similar, takes up a lot of space and bandwidth. Upload it in archives like .zip or .rar (as long as the files are legal to distribute) or host it somewhere else like Megaupload or Filefront.
4. Have your site ready in 2 weeks. If you are unable to, please let me know.
5. Update at least once every 1-2 months. If you think you will be inactive for several months then put up a notice on your site before you do or let me know ahead of time. If you refuse to do so I’ll most likely delete your account after months of inactivity =P
6. As your hostess/sponsor, I have the right to delete your account without warning if you don’t follow the rules.
7. Make sure you are able to contact me by email or use the contact form so if anything goes wrong, you can let me know. If you are moving/closing, put up a notice on your site or e-mail me so I will know.
8. It’s your responsibility to back up your files. Where it says “Hello” in the apply form, put “Bye” so I know you’ve read the rules.
9. Know how to make and code your own layouts, no premades. You should have decent designing skills. You don’t have to make me go “Wow!” but it should look like you’ve put effort into your site.
10. Have a site hosted somewhere like Freewebs. No one page sites, I want to see several samples of your work =P

It would be nice if you link me as the hostess/sponsor but you don’t have to.

• FTP knowledge is required. If you don’t know how to use it, here’s a tutorial.
• The MySQL tool provided is MySQL Quick Admin though you are free to upload your own tool as long as it does not abuse the space usage.
• Do not request for a MySQL database and/or email account unless you are actually going to use them or it would just be pointless giving one to you.
